For us, all of our customers are not just customers. Our customers are our guests and our mission is to create a unique and fantastic flight experience for our guest on board up in the air. With fresh and varied food as well as a wide selection of beverages we fulfil all of your wishes during the flight.

Our gourmet cuisine offerings are dependent on route length and travel class. Further, children's meals can be ordered in every class.

Short and Medium-Haul Flights

On all routes we offer varied and fresh meals on the highest quality level served on fine Chinese tableware. However, we believe: Delicious food demands excellent wine. Thus, you can choose from a great variety of exclusive selected wines and beverages. To enjoy the hours during the flight to the fullest and to get an incomparable flavour experience, every wine is served in elegant French wine glasses.

Further, our friendly and highly motivated and trained flight attendants are available for answering any of your questions during the whole flight and will make every effort to cater for all the wishes of our guests on board.

In our excellent Economy Class you will be provided with sweet or savory snacks as well as sandwiches or hot meals (no pork) depending on the length of your flight.

Further, you can choose between an extensive selection of free beverages. We are offering hot and cold, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, such as coffee, white wine or the traditional tomato juice.

Depending on the length of your flight, beverages will be served several times. To highly satisfy our guests during the whole flight beverages can even be brought to the seat in between the regular service upon request.

Our Long-Haul Flights

We promise you, you will dine on board as you would do in a starred restaurant.

In our excellent First Class we treat you with culinary highlights and create exclusive moments just for you making your long-haul flight the ultimative travel experience. We want you to travel In-Style and Comfort and thus we pay attention to every single detail such as the red rose on your table, the high quality of our chosen beauty products being produced in France - just for you, or the caviar service representing an integral part of our First Class experience.

No matter what time of the day, our kind flight attendants are available during the whole flight and will read every wish from the lips of our guests.

In response to the wishes and requests of many of our First Class guests, we further offer different starters, for instance, with a variety of small savoury nibbles. The First Class experience is not only reflected on what is served on each plate and prepared with lots of love but is also represented by our tableware: pure design and refined touches. Moreover, we believe that salt and pepper mills for each guest, an additional bowl of olive oil, and elegant glass carafes are fundamental for having a fantastic taste experience up in the air. For our guests craving something fancy, our First Class bar is serving the best Fiji water, fine Dutch cheese platters, and assorted nuts from Spain. High-quality cutlery and a stylish serviette ring rounds off the first-class service on board.

On long-haul flights in our fantastic Business Class you will experience culinary highlights on every route. Exquisite food, fine wines, top-quality tableware and attentive service are our cornerstones.

With our incomparable great service on long-haul flights you, as a Business Class guest, will experience even more individual and personal attention on board. Whether it’s another espresso helping you to work, an extra pillow for a restful night or sleeping undisturbed without being interrupted for breakfast. Your personal flight attendant will respond to your requests at any time. In our Business Class on long-haul flights we serve seasonal in-flight meals changing every two months. Changes due to special diets or preferences such as vegan, low-carb or paleo meals can be requested at any time. Our starred chefs are more than happy to create your individual taste experience on board.

The attentive in-flight service of our excellent Economy Class varies depending on the length of the flight as well as the specific destination. However, it always includes a cocktail service, sweet and salty snacks such as cinnamon buns or pretzels, a delicious 3-course menu as well as a second meal or breakfast.

After every meal, we serve tea, coffee or a digestif.

Depending on your flight you can either choose a small hot or cold dish or a breakfast as your second meal in our Economy Class. Our breakfast is characterized by tasty egg dishes, fresh fruit, a croissant and various sweet and salty spreads such as strawberry marmalade, Nutella or different cheeses and hams. Every option is available as either vegetarian, vegan or regular containing meat.

Entertainment on Board

Flying with us guarantees fantastic entertainment on board. During every flight you can enjoy the latest blockbusters, classics of film history, and TV series. Further, a broad variety of music and games ensures you an entertaining flight with no second of tedium. Just sit back and enjoy our exciting entertainment programme.

Choose from more than 100 films in multiple languages and subtitles, over 200 TV programmes (e.g. CNN, Eurosport), box sets of whole seasons of famous TV series for every age.

We offer an excellent selection of musical directions such as rock, classical and charts. Moreover, various playlists have been created by our music experts for relaxation or interesting information on destinations. On top you can create your personal playlists. For the ones who prefer audio books, we provide our guests with more than 60 audio books in English. Last but not least we include different International programmes in our audio entertainment, including content from India, Japan, and China.

Our Entertainment includes plenty of games for every age group such as card games or life simulation video games.

Internet on Board

The world is at your fingertips with our state-of-the-art communication. We offer three hours of free Wi-Fi to our guests. Enjoy texting with your family, keep working, or updating your Instagram community 40’000 feet up in the sky. Just log in and enjoy.
